We currently deliver across major cities and towns in India. Delivery availability may vary based on product size and location.
2. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery timeline: 15–20 working days.
- Custom-made or pre-order items may take 15–30 working days, depending on production time.
- Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistics delays or accessibility issues.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges vary based on product size, weight, and delivery location.
- Final charges will be shown at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email with tracking details. You can track your order through our logistics partner’s portal.
5. Delivery Process
- Furniture items are delivered by trained logistics partners to ensure safe handling.
- For bulk or fragile items, additional delivery arrangements may be made.
- In some cases, assembly services may be available depending on location and product type.
6. Delays & Accessibility
Delivery may be delayed if:
- The delivery area is remote or restricted
- Incorrect address or contact details are provided
- Weather or operational issues occur
If a multi-floor building has no lift, additional charges may apply for manual lifting.
7. Failed Delivery Attempt
If the delivery is missed due to customer unavailability, an additional delivery attempt may incur extra charges.
8. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video
- We will arrange for a replacement or resolve the issue as per our return policy
